When you use cleveroyal.com, which My New Home Ohio runs for Cleve Royale Apartments, you accept these Terms. If any part of them does not work for you, please stop using the site.

Nothing here is a binding offer or a part of any lease, and only the lease you actually sign sets the real terms of your tenancy.

How soon can I move into Cleve Royale?
Our apartments at 3607 Cleveland Avenue come renovated and move-in ready, with a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning, and cable hookups. The building has a shared laundry room and on-site parking, so settling in stays simple.
Once we approve your application, collect the deposit, and get the lease signed, keys usually follow within 48 to 72 hours. Send us your paperwork complete up front and we're glad to move that timeline along faster.
What apartments are available and what do they rent for?
Cleve Royale is the most budget-friendly community on this stretch of Cleveland Avenue. Studios start at $800 a month and 1-bed/1-bath apartments start at $850 a month, which works well for solo renters, students, and downtown commuters.
If you need more room, we also have a nearby 4-bed/2-bath house available at $1,300 a month.
What are the lease terms and security deposits?
Studio rent starts at $800 a month with an $800 refundable security deposit, which is one month's rent.
The 1-bedroom starts at $850 a month with an $850 refundable security deposit.
Every lease depends on an approved application, payment of the $50.00 non-refundable application fee, and finishing the screening. Leases usually run 12 months, and you can renew after that.
How much is the application fee?
Each application costs $50.00, and that fee is non-refundable.
What do I need to qualify to rent?
We look for a gross monthly income of at least 3x the rent. For a studio that comes to roughly $2,400 a month or more, and for the 1-bedroom about $2,550 a month or more. We ask for proof of income while your application is in process.
We also check for no recent evictions, no criminal background, and a solid credit history. Every adult 18 and older who plans to live in the apartment fills out an application and goes through screening.
Is internet and cable available?
Yes. The apartments are ready for high-speed internet and cable. The resident sets up and pays for service with whichever provider they prefer.
Are pets allowed?
We do not allow dogs or cats.
Verified service and assistance animals are welcome, as the law requires.
What utilities come with the rent?
Trash pickup is included in your rent.
Everything else, including electric, water and sewer, and internet and cable, is the resident's responsibility.
Can I get downtown without a car from Cleve Royale?
Yes, and that is one of the best parts of living here. The CMAX bus rapid transit line runs right along Cleveland Avenue with frequent, direct service into Downtown Columbus, which is great if you would rather skip the daily drive.
If you are flying, John Glenn Columbus International Airport is about 16 minutes away by car in normal traffic.
